PCB Assembly - Surface Mount

TABELEK are able to manufacture small batches of surface mount assemblies, using hand pasting and placement methods. We are also able to offer larger batch runs using two dedicated fully equipped surface mount facilities. Enabling several jobs to be run together, for increased flexibility. TABELEK are able to provide stencils for the solder paste application if required. All the placement machine programmes are written by ourselves, enabling any modifications or last minute changes to be implemented as required.

Surface mount flow soldering

We are able to reflow solder paste, on either, or both sides of the board. Alternatively we can glue Surface Mount components to the board and solder them with a flow solder machine at the same time as the conventional components on a mixed technology board.
